Shipping and pick up
We offer shipping within Uruguay for an additional cost of $U200. You can also choose to personally collect your purchase at the studio (San Salvador 2101 esq. Salterain, Montevideo, Uruguay).
You will have to choose one of these options before finishing your purchase. In both cases, we will contact you to arrange a time for the delivery / pick up.
Pieces in stock ship within 3-5 working days. Garments made by order take 2 weeks.
We are working to incorporate and automatize international shipments. In the meantime if you need to receive your order outside Uruguay, we ask you to contact us directly.
Changes and returns policies
Garments can be changed within 30 days from the date of the purchase, as long as they are in perfect condition, have not been worn and keep all the original tags.
Tailored pieces made upon request can’t be returned. It is important that you take your measurements following our guide and that you contact us via WhatsApp if you happen to have any doubts. We also suggest bearing in mind that our pieces are dyed one by one in our studio and that the one you receive may differ slightly from the one shown in the picture at the shop.
Returns are only possible if there are flaws in the garment. In that case, we will offer to fix it or to replace it, but you could also opt for a refund.
